BluPrint Terms & Conditions (V1 – Beta)

These Terms govern your use of BluPrint.

  1. Nature of the Product

BluPrint provides AI-generated insights about personal relationships and self-understanding.

  • It is not therapy, medical advice, or professional counseling
  • You are responsible for how you interpret and use outputs
  1. Eligibility
  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must provide accurate information
  1. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • Not to provide false or misleading information
  • Not to use the product for harm, harassment, or manipulation
  • Not to input data you do not have the right to share

This is critical:
If you input information about other people, you are responsible for having appropriate consent.

  1. AI Limitations

BluPrint uses AI to generate responses.

  • Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or biased
  • You should not rely on BluPrint for critical decisions (health, legal, safety)
  1. Data & Privacy

Your use of BluPrint is governed by our Privacy Statement.

  • You retain ownership of your data
  • You grant us a limited license to process it to operate the service
  1. Data Deletion
  • You may request deletion at any time
  • We will comply within a reasonable timeframe (target: 30 days)
  1. Beta Disclaimer

BluPrint is currently in private beta.

  • Features may change or break
  • Data structures may evolve
  • Service availability is not guaranteed
  1. Intellectual Property
  • BluPrint owns the product, design, and underlying technology
  • You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • BluPrint is provided “as is”
  • We are not liable for indirect, emotional, or relationship outcomes resulting from use

This is especially important given the nature of the product.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these terms
  • You misuse the platform

You may stop using BluPrint at any time.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
