BluPrint Privacy Statement (V1 – Beta)

BluPrint is built to help you understand yourself and your relationships. That requires trust. This document explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what control you have.

1. What We Collect

We collect only what we need to provide the product:

  • Account Information: name, email, login credentials
  • Profile & Self-Assessment Data: responses to questions, personality inputs, preferences
  • Relationship Data: information you choose to share about partners, friends, or interactions
  • Usage Data: how you interact with the app (features used, session activity)
  • Device Data: IP address, device type, basic analytics

We do not collect sensitive data unless you explicitly provide it.

  1. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Generate insights about you and your relationships
  • Improve AI recommendations and product performance
  • Personalize your experience
  • Ensure safety, integrity, and debugging

We do not sell your personal data.

  1. AI & Data Usage

Your inputs may be processed by AI systems to generate insights.

  • We may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve our models
  • We do not use your identifiable personal data to train external models without consent
  • Outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate

We only share data when necessary:

  • With trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, infrastructure)
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To protect users or prevent harm

All partners are required to protect your data.

  1. Your Rights & Control

You are in control of your data:

  • Access & Correction: You can request changes to your data
  • Deletion: You can request deletion at any time
  • Consent Withdrawal: You can stop using the service and request data removal

Important:
We currently do not support data export/download, but we will add this in a future release.

  1. Data Deletion Commitment

If you request deletion:

  • We will delete your personal data within 30 days
  • Some minimal data may be retained if legally required (e.g., fraud prevention)

We are contractually and operationally committed to honoring deletion requests.

  1. Data Security

We use industry standard safeguards, including:

  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Access controls and monitoring
  • Secure infrastructure providers

No system is 100% secure, but we take protection seriously.

  1. International Users (EU Readiness)

If you are in the EU or UK:

  • We process data under legitimate interest and consent
  • You have rights under GDPR, including deletion and correction
  • Data may be processed in the United States with safeguards in place

We may update this policy as BluPrint evolves. Material changes will be communicated clearly.
